We invite submissions of full papers (up to 8 pages) and short papers (up to 4 pages). All submissions will be reviewed by at least three program committee members, and will be assessed based on their novelty, technical quality, potential impact, and clarity of writing. The workshop proceedings will be published through the ACM Digital Library. Please, submit in PDF format to: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=wole2013. Submissions must:

  • be written in English;
  • contain author names, affiliations, and email addresses;
  • use the ACM SIG Proceedings template with the font size no smaller than 9pt (http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates);

  • be formatted for the US Letter size;
  • occupy no more than 4 pages (short paper) or 8 pages (full paper), including the abstract and appendices, but excluding references.

It is the authors’ responsibility to ensure that their submission adhere strictly to the required format. Submissions that do not comply with the above guidelines may be rejected without review.

Submit your full/short paper now

In order to allow for PC members to bid on the papers that are closer to their interest/expertise and to provide a fair review with high quality feedback to authors, we kindly request that you send us (at least) an abstract as soon as possible between February 18th, 2013 and March 1st, 2013 (extended deadline). We recommend that the abstracts have from 100 to 500 words, but there is no hard limitation, as long as the final paper is within the constraints required by ACM Sig Proceedings.
